Prices are inclusive of heating, hot water, bed linen, towels and WiFi. There are no additional charges.
Full-week bookings generally run from Saturday to Saturday, although other start days are possible. Please contact us to discuss.
Short breaks may be available at all times of year. Three-night weekend breaks, or four-night mid-week breaks are approximately 70-75% of the weekly rate. Please contact us for availability and prices.
Bookings may be made by email or by telephone.
Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit of £100 for each week or part week is payable if the booking is made more than 6 weeks in advance of the start of your holiday. Deposits must be received within 7 days of the booking otherwise the dates requested will be released. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We reserve the right to cancel the booking when full payment has not been received 5 weeks before the arrival date.
Payment will be required in full for bookings made within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday.
Bookings will be confirmed, usually by email, upon receipt of your deposit.
Your accommodation will be available from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. Check out is by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
If, for whatever reason, you have to cancel your booking you will lose your deposit. If you have to cancel less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival we will make every effort to re-let, but should we be unable to do so we reserve the right to charge you the full rental. You should consider taking out a cancellation policy against this eventuality.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. In this event, we will try to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this is not possible, or unacceptable to you, we will refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
